Stirling has 20 years of experience in renewable energy focused on finance and advisory. Prior to Source Galileo, Stirling held senior positions in the project finance teams of the European banks ING, UniCredit and Triodos focused on renewables, offshore wind and hydrogen, as well as financial advisory roles at KPMG and green Giraffe.

Stirling holds a masters degree in mechanical engineering and a masters degree in environmental engineering and sustainable infrastructure from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden.
